How do we work?

We do not have a ‘one size fits all’ approach and offer a variety of festival bar partnership agreements. These include:

 

Management Fee

• We charge a fee for our services
• You pay the fixed costs (either in advance or out of the bar revenue)
• You take all the bar revenue

 

Profit Share

• Bar costs agreed and paid by you
• Profit split between the two

We have a proven track record of growing bar income year on year. We do this by closely analysing each festival bar and event and by studying market trends. Partnership Agreement (Revenue Share)

• Every dollar that is spent over the bar is split between you and us (at an agreed percentage)
• We pay all the costs – Zero risk for you and no upfront costs
• The better the festival bars do, the higher proportion of revenue you receive
• A cooperative agreement gives you the opportunity to earn more than a concession buy-out
